>Arie_Sinke: AALNRUZ 7B AZAN +30 30
#note Sim really wants me to play ZA at 7C or 7E, keeping a poor five tile leave and scoring 4 or 6 fewer points. I do not understand the logic of those plays, and personally I kind of like opening up HAZAN under these circumstances.
>Mad_Palazzo: CLO 9B COL +12 42
>Arie_Sinke: ILRRTUW I5 TWIRL +22 52
#note I don't know. Sim thinks I should play WRIT instead. I really don't like WRIT. I would rather keep RU than LRU and I don't want to set up WRITE. Maybe H1-5 is a big deal that I should care about. TWIRL looks like 100% the sort of play I want to make here.
>Mad_Palazzo: EGRTU 5F GUT.ER +14 56
>Arie_Sinke: NOORTUX 4J ROUX +26 78
#note Here the sim really wants me to play OX/OXO at J9. I really wanted to get rid of the U here so I went for ROUX, even though it offers obvious counterplays. I still like ROUX better but get the impression that plays on row 3 make ROUX sim worse.

#note Only bingo. I miss the boat on scoring with HAZAN.

#note Bad play. Missed UGLIFIED.
>Mad_Palazzo: ?CDEINV 2D INVo.CED +73 186
>Arie_Sinke: AADFIPT 1K ADAPT +33 218
#note Sim absolutely hates this play. It's not clear why. It looks like taking out A1 is a very high priority here, which did not occur to me during the game. ATAP 1A, similar to ADAPT but leaving the D with the leave and scoring one more point, is the sim winner by a huge margin.
>Mad_Palazzo: EKRY 1A YERK +59 245
>Arie_Sinke: EFIIILN 3B LIFE +26 244
#note I don't understand why I'm supposed to play IF 6A here; that goes against all my instincts. It scores the same and I don't really like the leave, even though it should bingo a bit more. I would prefer to play a few more tiles and dig deeper into the bag for the four unseens Ss. One liability of LIFE that I do recognize is that it sets up plays ending in S at 4A that can easily score over 50

>Arie_Sinke: BIMNOOS 4A MONS +44 334
#note I should probably pin all my hopes on bingoing with BOOM 11C. I am unlikely to outrun after plays like MONS. I am still open to playing MONS or BINS, though, because I likely have a better shot of outrunning than Quackle thinks I do.
