#note playing chicken here. There was a feeling that the first to pounce on this board would have a very good position - the board is not exactly closed but there isn't much going on immediately so a lead will be quite hard to surmount. That is why I elected not to play PILEUM, since it felt like handing an extra 15-20% of easy path to victory. of course by the books PILEUM is the play by around 5 points, even though I make up some of the immediate score difference in him opening the board for me. Usually I would also play pileum against orry, but I was feeling good about playing him at his own game.

#note with the abut threat, much prefer to open the board to suit my blank than keep it closed with OIKS. PILOUS might be a slightly better version of this to float the O instead of the I for me.

#note REGIE sims a bit better, scores the same on average while bingoing less, so that is an improvement in average leave next turn, but I didnt like that it gave him more easy routes to block the 15 row.

#note B6 REINDEX, I saw the word but didnt notice it played there. I didnt want to do 2I INDEXER cause i am in such a strong position I need not risk. this basically always wins but b6 reindex is a bit better for spread and safer

#note blocking LONGHAIR would be good for spread, but I usually take the 100% outrunning route instead of taking a risk that I don't see a sneaky bingo somewhere
